The Notice of Intent to Bid (NOITB)for the GCP RFP is attached below. The Notice of Intent to Bid Deadline is 5 business days following UARB approval of the PPA. The PA will notify the GCP mailing list and post an update to this website. The NOITB must be submitted via email to novascotia@cohoclimate.com.

The PPA is the contract Selected Proponents sign with Nova Scotia Power (NSPI) upon being selected for the GCP. The PA has submitted an Application For Approval of a Standard Form Power Purchase Agreement to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (UARB). A copy of this application may be viewed in the PDF below, and on the Board’s website at https://nsuarb.novascotia.ca/ by clicking on “Matters & Evidence”, and in the “Go Directly to Matter”, search box, enter Matter No. M11455.
The Board will conduct a paper hearing in this matter and the following timetable will apply:
